Yeah, but in theory the deck should be crushing provinces quickly, thus denying your opponent resources. On average this should limit your opponent's holdings by giving them less provinces to be in.
That's the theory at least.

You need some way to get rid of a pesky event otherwise Winter Storm will own this deck! I would toss in a couple of Forewarnings just in case.
Otherwise, I like the concept. How are the shouts working for you? I have had mixed results...seems like I always need one or 2 more of this first shout than I can put in my deck. I ran 8 (out of a possible 10) of the first shout in Lotus and that seemed like a good number. 6 max of the new first shout seems a bit low in many of my games...

I know its a box party, but you need at least x2 Hida Genichi to knock over defenders with your hordes.
