I dislike provinces with flip effects since if they don't break on the attack that revealed them they just give your opponent somewhere to attack with no downsides. I'd replace Night Raid with Meditations on the Tao and Tears of Amaterasu with either Shameful Display or Pilgrimage.

Vengeful Berserker's ability is too finicky to trigger consistently. I'd cut him for Keeper Initiate since they're free bodies.

I'd also cut a Borderlands Defender for a third Vanguard Warrior.

I prefer Imperial Storehouse over Funeral Pyre for card draw. Also, consider running The Imperial Palace since denying your opponent the imperial favor is very important.

Keepers can't run Pathfinder's Blade and I think Reprieve is redundant if you're already running Iron Mine. If you're running Crisis Breaker you should run Seal of the Crab to get the most out of him.

Half the reason to run Iuchi Wayfinder is to run Cloud the Mind more reliably. So you should be running at least 2 of those.

Raise the Alarm is way too unreliable. You should cut it for a third Charge and a third The Mountain Does Not Fall.
