It was ok. The writing could have been better. Other than that not bad. I'd give a 6.8 out of 10

I agree with some of the views that it tried for too much and so ran out of time to really cover anything fully. That's the problem with trying to be deep and make an action sci-fi movie.

But it was a fair start to Aliens. The backgrounds were at least sumptious. A lot of the aliens thematic elements come through.
