having partaking of beer and Sake at the somewhat irregular gluttony fest that is tuesday at http://boulderjapango.com/index.php my coworkers and i have. i must say it is well worth the fun and effort to enjoy all potables.

Ah, but to me wine from the rice (and vodka from the rice!) is better than from the grape.

Besides "wine" = "fermented grape juice", whileas "sake" = "fermented rice juice"
