Hello there.
With followers, I know that it takes a certain honour requirement to attach them to a personalities but is the honour requirement also a requirement to attach them to other personalities that may not follow it with Wooden Barricades and cards of the like?

To transfer an attachment, the personality you are transferring it to must be able to Equip that attachment in the first place (Personal Honor Requirements, "May only be attached to a Samurai", etc)
